These are copper and german silver  with a sterling liner.  Customers have been interested.  The earrings have sold well but the price on the cuffs have been a little high for the Saturday morning market customers. What a great venue.  The Greensboro Arboretum was in the best shape I've seen it in years. It uses 120 volts and has a great programmable control.  I would recommend it for metal clay and enamels.  Another good furnace would be the low cost electric chamber furnace from Thompson enamels which would have worked for me except for the height of 4 inches. They are made using cold connections of sterling or copper on brass, buffed to a high shine then laquered for durability. The process pushes the metal over a metal stake ( an unyeilding surface) and raises the sides with the height increasing as the diameter decreases. The brass brooch is about 2.5 inches in diameter with a pin arrangement on the back that allows it to be worn as a slide.  The process is a ferric Chloride etch of about 2 hours.
